If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or not what you expected, please let us know and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Return Policy

All purchases of Cozy Corner Patios owned products are eligible for a full refund if the following eligibility criteria's are met.

1. To be eligible for a full refund, you should notify us within 10 calendar days of receiving the shipment. We could not accept the return after 10 days have past.

2. To be eligible for a full refund, the product should be Brand New, unused and in its original packaging with all the accessories it came with. Lightly used or Used products are not eligible for returns.

3. No Refund or Returns are accepted for custom orders, once the order is placed & production is started, it cannot be altered. If production is not started, you can alter the order. Custom order means if we are making special fabric custom cushions for you. Mixing and matching different pieces of stock color is not considered Custom order.

We do not charge any restocking fees or return shipping fees for an eligible return. Once the return is approved, we will work with you to arrange the return shipment. We will help you out at every stage of this process to make the return as hassle free as as possible.

All purchases of Non-Cozy Corner Patios owned products are not eligible for a full refund, you will be charged 15% restocking fees & return shipping charges, you should notify us within 10 calendar days of receiving the shipment also the product should be Brand New, unused and in its original packaging with all the accessories it came with. Lightly used or Used products are not eligible for any returns or refunds.

Once the return is approved and product is shipped back to our warehouse in the eligible condition, we will issue the refund promptly. Please allow 7-10 business days after return shipment is received by us for the balance to show up on the account you paid while ordering. Refund will not be issued if the product is found to be used or lightly used condition upon return or any accessories are missing.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed on our website, we immediately start the process of fulfillment. Please notify us as soon as possible for any cancellation. If the product has not left our warehouse, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. If the product has left our warehouse, we do not have any capability to cancel it and have to follow the Return Policy process stated above.

Warranty Policy

Residential use Warranty (3 years warranty)
Cozy Corner Patios LLC is pleased to offer the 3-year residential warranty covering all furniture products that we sell that are in normal residential use from the date of delivery until the end of Three-year period. Each piece of Cozy Corner Patios furniture shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship or construction. If a defect appears within the Three years.

Commercial use Warranty (1 year warranty)
Cozy Corner Patios LLC is pleased to offer the 1-year commercial warranty covering all furniture products we sell that are in normal commercial use from the date of delivery until the end of one year. Each piece of Cozy Corner Patios furniture shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship or construction. If a defect appears within the one year.

Product sold under Cozy Corner Patios brand products on our website at a full price or on-sale are eligible for 3 year warranty (residential use) or 1 year warranty (commercial use). Products purchased at close-out OR clearance sale Or purchased via other websites or platforms are not covered under the 3 year warranty (residential use) or 1 year warranty (commercial use).

Products manufactured by other brands and sold on our website are not subject to our Cozy Corner Patios warranties but their warranty is covered under respective manufacturers warranties, for more information please visit the respective product/manufacturer page.

3 year warranty (residential use) or 1 year warranty (commercial use) offers coverage for aluminium frames, zippers, stitches, and other components against any manufacturing defect, sun damage and wear & tear not related to the everyday use of our products. Accidental, intentional or any issues arising for reasons other than previously listed are not covered under our 3 year warranty (residential use) or 1 year warranty (commercial use).

Cushion Fabric is covered under 5 years limited warranty by Sunbrella®.

How to make a claim
