A. Shipping is always free on Cozy Corner Patios! (Please Note: Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote locations (ex: Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket) like islands or mountains may incur a delivery surcharge even for orders that otherwise qualify for “free shipping." Please contact us at support@cozycornerpatios.com to confirm whether your location is a "remote location," otherwise our customer service team will reach out to you after your order is placed to confirm the additional shipping charges.)

A. Our product being furniture, we ship it via Freight lines. Your product will be delivered on the curbside. The freight company will make an appointment with you for scheduling the delivery. 

A. For all of our in-stock items, we prepare and load your order for shipment within 1 week. Our warehouse is in California and it takes around 3-4 business days after ship to deliver across the West Coast. For Shipments to reach the rest of the USA, it takes 7-10 business days after loading the shipment. In total please allow us 1-3 weeks for your product to arrive. Sometimes we may be out of stock for some of your ordered items and that could take up to 4 weeks time to deliver.



A. At this time we do not provide a white glove delivery service. But if that is something you absolutely need, please let us know and we will try our best to arrange one. There may be additional fees for such a service.

A. Few of the products which are sold on the Cozy Corner Patios website may require assembly. No special skills are required, you just need to follow a few basic instructions provided at the time of purchase. Please refer to the product page for more details.

Our furniture is carefully designed to be durable in various weather conditions. Our cushions are made of Sunbrella Fabric which is very durable and water-resistant. We suggest investing in Weatherproof covers to further protect your furniture.

In the unfortunate event if our product is not satisfactory we do offer a Return Policy.

We do not charge any restocking fees or return shipping fees for an eligible return. We will help you out at every stage of this process to make the return as hassle-free as possible.  




We offer a 3-year warranty (residential use) or a 1-year warranty (commercial use). The warranty offers coverage for aluminum frames, zippers, stitches, and other components against any manufacturing defect, sun damage, and wear & tear not related to the everyday use of our products. Any other accidental, intentional or unintentional damage not mentioned above will not be covered by the warranty.
