The Ottoman

Add an extra ottoman to go with any of our Patio sets. This ottoman can be used with or without cushion. Use it as your footrest or as your serving table.

The cushion in addition to the ottoman is built to withstand anything you throw at it, including red wine, muddy feet, sun damage, and moisture while also being resistant to tearing, thanks to the Sunbrella® upholstery. You can get the cushions upholstered in a rich Navy Blue, Oyster or Granite to suit the look of your existing outdoor space.

This piece is upheld using the thick aluminum frame that is hidden behind the stylish and decorative rattan material on the exterior. The ottoman comes ready to place on your patio as soon as you receive it since it is readily assembled with no assembly needed on your part. Fabric is covered under Sunbrella® 5 years warranty and the rest of the furniture also comes with 3 years warranty.

Cozy Corner Patios LLC is pleased to offer the 3-year residential warranty & 1-year commercial warranty covering all furniture products that are sold under the brand Cozy Corner Patios from the date of delivery. Products manufactured by other brands and sold on our website are not subject to our Cozy Corner Patios warranties but their warranty is covered under respective manufacturer’s warranties, for more information please click here or visit the respective product/manufacturer page.

Sunbrella® Fabric

We only offer Sunbrella® Canvas covered cushions because Sunbrella® Canvas can withstand all of the elements without fading, it resists stains, it can be cleaned with a simple garden hose, and it simply stays beautiful longer.

Thick and Comfortable Cushion

The thickness of the cushion on your patio furniture makes the difference in how comfortable your seating is. Most of the cheaper furniture sets are crafted with cushions that are 3” thick or less, but Cozy Corner Patios has no cushions that are thinner than 5".

UV Resistant Half-Round PE Wicker

Our wicker furniture is made from half-round PE rattan. This is a synthetic material that is specifically designed to withstand wind, rain, sun, and freezing temperatures without degrading or deteriorating. Our wicker is thicker, stronger, and more durable than the materials used to make cheap flat wicker furniture.

Q. Do you charge for Shipping?

A. Shipping is always free on Cozy Corner Patios! (Please Note: Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote locations (ex: Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket) like islands or mountains may incur a delivery surcharge even for orders that otherwise qualify for “free shipping." Please contact us at info@cozycornerpatios.com to confirm whether your location is a "remote location," otherwise our customer service team will reach out to you after your order is placed to confirm the additional shipping charges.)

Q. How do you ship the product?

A. Our product being furniture, we ship it via Freight lines. Your product will be delivered on the curbside. The freight company will make an appointment with you for scheduling the delivery.

Q. How long does it take to process and ship the order?

A. For all of our in-stock items, we prepare and load your order for shipment within 1 week. Our warehouse is in California and it takes around 3-4 business days after ship to deliver across the West Coast. For Shipments to reach the rest of the USA, it takes 7-10 business days after loading the shipment. In total please allow us 1-3 weeks for your product to arrive. Sometimes we may be out of stock for some of your ordered items and that could take up to 4 weeks time to deliver.

Q. Do you provide white-glove service?

A. At this time we do not provide a white glove delivery service. But if that is something you absolutely need, please let us know and we will try our best to arrange one. There may be additional fees for such a service.

Q. Is assembly required?

A. Few of the products which are sold on the Cozy Corner Patios website may require assembly. No special skills are required, you just need to follow a few basic instructions provided at the time of purchase. Please refer to the product page for more details.

Q. Can I order some customization of the patio sets?

A. Yes, we can support some level of customization to fulfill your project requirements. Please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
