Shipping FAQs

 

Q. Do you charge for Shipping? 

A. Shipping is always free on Cozy Corner Patios! (Please Note: Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote locations (ex: Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket) like islands or mountains may incur a delivery surcharge even for orders that otherwise qualify for “free shipping." Please contact us at info@cozycornerpatios.com to confirm whether your location is a "remote location," otherwise our customer service team will reach out to you after your order is placed to confirm the additional shipping charges.)

Q. How do you ship the product ? 

A. Our product being furniture, we ship it via Freight lines. Your product will be delivered on the curb side. Freight company will make an appointment with you for scheduling the delivery. 

Q. How long does it take to process and ship the order? 

A. For all of our in-stock items, we prepare and load your order for shipment within 1 week. Our warehouse is in California and it takes around 3-4 business days after ship to deliver across the West Coast. For Shipments to reach rest of the USA, it takes 7-10 business days after loading the shipment. In total please allow us 1-3 weeks for your product to arrive. Sometimes we may be out of stock for some of your ordered items and  that could take up to 4 weeks time to deliver.

Q. Do you provide white glove service? 

A. At this time we do not provide white glove delivery service. But if that is something you absolutely need, please let us know and we will try our best to arrange one. There may be an additional fees for such service. 

Q. Is assembly required? 

A. Few of the products which are sold on Cozy Corner Patios website may require assembly. No special skills are required you just need to follow few basic instructions provided at the time of purchase. Please refer to the product page for more details. 

Q. Can I do order some customization of the patio sets ? 

A. Yes, we can support some level of customization to fulfill your project requirements. Please call us and we will be happy to  assist you.
